Dear Sir,
I am a Software developer, I work for a company that purchased few days ago your find and replace Software under Invoice [redacted] for order [redacted].
Your Software has stopped working, and the error message it displays is Unhandled exception has occurred, unrecognized database format : , c:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\AccDevTools\FAR\AccDevTools_FAR_ClientData.mdb
I uninstalled the find & replace Software and moved the AccDevTools to the Desktop,. I re-installed it and it did not install the folder AccDevTools at c:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\FAR\.
can you please advise.

The error with AccDevTools_FAR_ClientData.mdb has not been reported before. We do not know what might have caused it.
Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Uninstall “Access DevTools – Find and Replace” from App&Features in Windows.
Please check the directory %LOCALAPPDATA%\AccDevTools\FAR – There should not be any files in that directory. If there still are files left, please delete them. (Just to make sure the corrupted AccDevTools_FAR_ClientData.mdb file is also deleted.)
Then Re-Install Find and Replace by running the downloaded .MSI installer file.
